Complete vaginal eversion, uterine prolapse, and stress urinary incontinence: A rare case report

Introduction: Pelvic organ prolapse is a multifactorial gynecological condition, caused by disruption of muscles the pelvic organs. Case Report: A 63-year-old female presented with history stress urinary incontinence, dyschezia, and sexual dysfunction. complete clinical urogynecological evaluation was performed diagnoses uterine vaginal incontinence were made. The patient underwent hysterectomy uterosacral ligament suspension wall repair. patient’s symptoms resolved following floor physical therapy. Conclusion: benefited from repair subsequent therapy treatments.

A viable infant was delivered at 30 weeks' gestation following premature rupture of the membranes.
